This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and shipped from ApexGrid. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping timelines, methods, fees, and related responsibilities.
1. Order Processing Time
After you place an order, I need time to prepare your item(s) for shipment.
Orders are typically processed and handed off to the shipping carrier within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
I partner with reliable carriers to deliver your orders. The primary carrier used is USPS (United States Postal Service). For certain items or faster delivery options, other carriers like UPS or FedEx may be used. The available shipping options and costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination. You will see the exact cost during checkout.
Free Shipping: I am pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount. Please check the website banner or product pages for the current threshold.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be longer.
4. International Shipping
Available Destinations: International shipping is available to select countries. At checkout, you can enter your address to see if delivery is available to your location.
Costs and Delivery Times: International shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary significantly by destination and are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on your local customs processing.
Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, please be aware that you are the importer of record. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey.
6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to an error on my part, I will cover the cost of return shipping and send out the correct replacement promptly.
For returns/exchanges initiated by the customer for reasons such as change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, events beyond my control (such as severe weather, carrier delays, or customs hold-ups) may impact delivery times. These are considered “force majeure” events, and I cannot be held liable for these delays. I appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
