ApexGrid Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with ApexGrid. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following policy to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Non-returnable items​ (unless defective):

  • Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items marked “final sale” or purchased during clearance events.


2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days​ to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).


3. How to Request a Return

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be offered for:

  • Products damaged by customer misuse or improper handling.

  • Reduced-price or clearance items (unless defective).

  • Return shipping costs (unless the error was ours).


5. Exchanges
